From the get-go, I had an excellent experience with D-Tronics. Spoke with Antonio, who was professional and respectful in setting up the service and answering any questions I had. He gladly answered whether it was via text or phone call. It was highly appreciated! Once the appointment was set up, Freddy and Joe arrived to set up the camera installation. They did an excellent job! I appreciate their professionalism and patience with my lack of knowledge. Their recommendations on camera placement were spot-on and the wiring work looks clean and professional. They cleaned up all the worksite areas and left it neatly done. They answered any and all questions I had. Overall, the entire process from an inquiry call to the final installation was seamless and professional. The work done looks clean, the wiring looks neat, and the installation process was very thorough. I truly felt like a valued customer throughout the entire process. I will certainly call upon D-Tronics again for any future needs!

OMG! You left a large D-Tronics sign in my front yard. It's like you want me to get robbed. I prefer to use D-tronics for all my electronic installations. They never leave wires hanging in view and unorganized. Antonio was accurate about how long the installation would take and knowledgeable about the sound system I asked to have installed. The techs José and Freddy were on time; they knew the ins and outs of the system they were installing. OMG! You left a large D-Tronics sign in my front yard. It's like you want me to get robbed. They made sure I was satisfied with the quality of the installation before they left. They also took the time to get info for an estimate for a future project I had in mind. They cleaned up and vacuumed their workspaces too!

D-tronics has Done an excellent job installing audio system at my Pilates studio. They always come out and fix anything that I have issues with even if it is as simple as logging me back into the programs 😜 The team is al extremely professional. They always work around my schedule. I would 100% recommend this company

D Tronics has done work in three of our homes, and they have done excellent work each time. Today, they mounted two tv's and programmed three. The work was excellent, as expected. Jose and Freddy were professional, knowledgeable, cordial, and did a clean install. Thank you both, and thank you to Antonio for setting up the installation.
